Phase 3, Rosewood Heights, Dover

Having successfully delivered Phase 1 and Phase 2 of Rosewood Heights we are delighted to have been appointed as Construction Managers on Phase 3. This purely residential development will consist of a mixture of nicely spec’d 12 apartments and 4 town houses. This will provide a beneficial addition and enhance the local area which is much needed.

Work is progressing nicely to date and we are due to complete this project on time in 2020
